Ken is the founding pastor of Northgate Fellowship. Pastor Ken and his wife Betty began Northgate, along with six other families in their living room in 1990 before birthing the church in February of 1991.  Ken is an avid sailor, and you can often find him crewing on a racing sailboat.  Betty works in the Benicia Unified School District.  Their daughter Erin and her husband Sean live in the area.  Their son Eric and his wife are studying abroad in Europe.  You can follow Ken on Twitter at twitter.com/jensenken.

Dave McMurtry - Pastor of Adult Ministries:  dave@ngate.org

Dave leads the Adult Ministries.  He is the lead coordinator of our Community Groups, and also directs Northgate U - our adult education classes.  In addition to his passion for ministry, Dave is also an environmental consultant.  In his free time, Dave enjoys sailing.  Dave is married to Kendra, and they have two adult children.

Pam Alden - Office and Facilities Administrator:  pam@ngate.org

Pam oversees the church finances, facilities, and records.  She loves being married to her wonderful husband Joe and being a mom to her two kids, Ryan & Jessi.  Joe and Pam share a love of golf, baseball, family, and good friends; and most importantly, their kids.  Ryan is an actor pursuing his life long dream in Hollywood.  Jessi is a high school student, an amazing soccer goalie, and #1 Oakland A's fan.

As a transplant from Mississippi, Lori brings a background in Marketing and Communications, along with her southern accent, to the Northgate team.  Lori is married to Jason, a Trauma Nurse, and enjoys hiking, cooking, and creative arts.

Nick Martinez - Director of Student Ministry:  nick@ngate.org

Nick oversees our Middle School and High School ministry.  Nick brings almost a decade of experience to his role.  In his free time, he can be found at the beach, BBQing some carne asada, or helping train with the Walnut Creek Police SWAT Team (seriously).

Tamara Small - Director of Children's Ministry:  tamara@ngate.org

Tamara is enthusiastic about helping children grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.  In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and daughter, and surprising the team at staff meeting with apple-bran muffins.

Wendy Clark - Director of First Impressions:  wendy@ngate.org

When Wendy is not teaching at Napa Valley College, she can be found at Northgate helping first-time guests feel at home.  She also oversees the Crossings Cafe', and the Information Center.  Wendy also enjoys hanging out with her husband, Roy, and their three daughters.
