What is GroupLink?
The GoupLink event is a fun evening designed to help people meet others in their same geographical area, or life stage, with the purpose of forming new Community Groups.
What happens at a GroupLink event?
At the event you will have an opportunity to meet new people, share dessert, and with our help, put together your new Community Group. We’ll help match you with others in groups of 10-14 people, and with a facilitator based on your life stage, and/or day of the week you are available to meet. You will have some time to learn about others in your new group, and decide on a meeting date, time, and location.
What happens after the event?
Each new Community Group will follow an 8 week curriculum to help get the groups started. At the end of 8 weeks your group will choose a permanent facilitator and start doing the weekly curriculum designed around Northgate’s Sunday morning messages to help you grow in your walk with Christ.
What if I don’t click with my new group?
At the end of the 8 week curriculum you have the option to excuse yourself from the group with no hard feelings. Feel free to try another group and find the best fit for you.
